On June 2, 2016, Arthur L. Battle Jr.'s life came to an end after 57 years. He was known in Cleveland and everywhere he went for his amazing basketball skills, his beautiful photography, framing and poetry, and most importantly his love for Jesus. He leaves to cherish his memory parents Arthur L. Battle (Jackie) and Elizabeth Lloyd, wife Vanessa, children DeNica (Kenan), Arthur and Torrence, 8 grandchildren (1 of whom preceded him in death), brothers, sisters and a host of relatives, loved ones and friends. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, June 11 at 1 pm at Riverside Cemetery, 3607 Pearl Road, Cleveland, OH 44109. Pastor Michael Odom will be officiating. Please meet at gate.
