Carlos L. Rowe Sr. age 69, of Cleveland passed away at his home May 17, 2016 surrounded by his loving family and beloved dogs. Carlos was the dear father of Carlos Jr., Michael, Michelle Rowe and Tina Frye. Loving grandfather of Dallas, Devon and Gracie and dearest brother of Roma (deceased), Howard "Joe" (Marvaline), Sissy, Christine (Chester deceased) Williams, Herbert and Wilford. He was a friend of many and was always willing to help anyone. He was preceded in death by his parents Denver and Alcie. Funeral services will be held Monday May 23, 7pm at CANNON LOPRESTI & CATAVOLOS FUNERAL HOME 11210 Detroit Ave. Cleveland, where family will receive friends from 5pm until time of services.
