Carole had a long life full of joyous memories with her close loved ones by her side, in her earlier years she enjoyed going for hikes through the Metroparks, as well as visiting the Nature center with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She loved the scenery on the Cuyahoga Valley railroad as well as trips to the Amish country. She also loved to bake when she was able to with many recipes that will be remembered for generations to come.

Carole was an avid animal lover, always opening her heart to care for stray kittens in her yard, adopting a lucky few of those kittens to become forever part of their indoor home.

She loved to look up at the stars in the night sky and admire the beauty that was unmatched by beauty within the heart and soul of Carole
