Charles M. "Chuck" Foster age 49, of Cleveland, passed away unexpectedly June 17, 2017. Born on July 4th 1967 to his parents Wanda Humphrey and Howard Chafin in Cleveland, Ohio, Chuck leaves behind a beloved family of many including his children; Charles Foster, Miranda Foster, Robert Pritt, Tiffany Adkins, and Whitney Adkins and grandchildren he loved dearly; Koty Foster, Aiden Huggins and an expected grandchild. Chuck also leaves behind many nieces and nephews that loved him unconditionally Kelly Herrada, Christopher Herrada, Angela Harris and many more also his beloved brothers and sister Gerald Foster, Elizabeth Foster and Albert Herrada. He is loved by many and will be missed by all. Funeral services will be held Thursday June 22, 12 Noon at St. Augustine Catholic Church 2486 West 14th St. Cleveland, where family will receive friends from 11am until time of services. Burial will be at a later date. "Gone but never forgotten. Until we meet again my angel."
