Charles J. Phillips Sr. age 74 of Cleveland, passed away May 15, 2024.

Loving father of Charles Jr. "Joe" and the late Tonia Martins.  Proud grandfather and a d ear brother of Ken, James, Gary, Patty Frank and Denise Osborne, an uncle and friend of many.

Charles will be remembered as being a simple man and preferred to be by himself with his dogs.  He was an electronics technician, tinkering until he couldn't anymore.

Charles was preceded in death by his parents Charles and Agnes.

Private services will be held.
