Dearest father of Charles F., Jennifer, Kevin and Karen.
Loving stepfather of Jennifer Millard, Shaun Brayer (deceased) and Faith O'Neil.
Proud "poppop" of Dominic, Vincent, Kylie, Kiefer, Kevin, Jason, Jeanna, Ella, Pierce, Mackenzie, Ethan, Ayden, Isabella, Emerson, Tanner and Adley.
Dear brother of Myra Settles and both the late Jay and Frederick Settles.
Dear uncle and friend of many.
