David Ferris Sr. passed away at his home March 20, 2025.

Son of the late Floyd and Edna Ferris, he leaves behind his wife Shirley, daughters; Pennie and April and sons David and Nathaniel, sisters Ruth and Carolyn, 9 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren and 6 great-great grandchildren and his favorite sister-in-law Patti "Teeney", 2 others and many nieces and nephews .

David loved to fish and anyone who knew him knew how much he loved 50's-mid 70's hot rods and cars.

He was a good husband, father and "popie" and is already missed by all of us.

He will be laid to rest at the Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery at a later date.

God grant his soul peace and no more pain.
