James "Jim" Tinsley age 89 of Cleveland, passed away July 3, 2023 surrounded by his family.
Beloved husband of the late Glennis (nee Koper).
Loving friend and neighbor of many.
All services will remain private, burial will be at Calvary Cemetery.
