Jennifer M. Coffman age 49 of Akron, passed away January 16, 2024 after a lengthy illness.

Beloved business and life partner of Tony Scarpitti.  Loving mother of Tylor and Stephannie and Tony's son Mike Cancilla.  Proud Nana of Adalynn and Jaxson.

Dear sister of Vicky Brubaker and Brian Coffman (Tracy) and aunt of Matthew, Mackenzie, Ashley and Maggie, cousin of Tammy Pauley and dog-nana of Jack.

Jennifer leaves behind many friends and clients.  She was the Residential Director, working alongside Tony at A Caring Touch Providers.

There was nothing Jen couldn't do even while she was ill, she kept working - keeping Tony sane and the business running smoothly and was still able to fulfill all their client's needs. Jen was constantly on the go putting everyone else's needs before her own.  She absolutely adored her grandchildren, Addie and Jax.

Aside from her work ethic, Jennifer was generous, loving and made everyone feel special.  She went out of her way for many, rarely making herself a priority.  A procrastinator through and through yet many would never know it.

Jennifer was preceded in death by her parents Everett and Betty Coffman and a favorite client John.
