Obituary

Jesse Brown, age 61, of Cleveland, Ohio, peacefully transitioned from this life surrounded by the love of his family.
Jesse was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio, the beloved son of the late Lettie Constant-Brown and Jesse Brown, and was also lovingly raised by his late stepfather, Robert Constant. He graduated from East High School and lived a life guided by faith, hard work, and love for others.
A devoted husband and father, Jesse shared a lifelong love with his wife, Margaretta, whom he met in the 7th grade at the age of 12. Their union was built on commitment, friendship, and God's grace. Together, they raised two sons, Jesse Brown Jr. and DeShawn Brown, who were the joy and purpose of his life.
Jesse dedicated over 40 years of faithful service to NEON Health Services. Through his work, he served the community with compassion, integrity, and humility, leaving a lasting impact on countless lives.
Jesse was preceded in death by his mother, Lettie Constant-Brown; and his stepfather, Robert Constant.
He leaves to cherish his memory his loving wife, Margaretta; his sons, Jesse Jr. and DeShawn; his brother, Bobby Lofton; and a host of family, friends, and loved ones.
Though we mourn his passing, we rejoice in the promise of eternal life. Jesse's spirit lives on, and his faith, love, and strength will continue to guide all who knew him.
Visitation, where family will receive friends will be Friday, February 6th, from 6 - 8pm at the
CANNON – CATAVOLOS FUNERAL HOME
6953 W130th St. Parma Heights.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held
Saturday, February 7th, 10:30 am at
Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church
6928 Detroit Ave. Cleveland
