John
William Rapasky
was born August 14, 1938 in Morgantown, West Virginia.
He entered Heaven's Gate on March 14, 2022 after his courageous battle with Covid.
Dearest son of the late Steve and Juanita Rapasky (nee: Ghuste) of Morgantown, West Virginia.
Beloved husband of Peggy Jo Rapasky (nee: Coleman).
Loving father of Steven (Dorothy), and the late John Edward (Louise Bear).
Proud grandfather of Steven Anthony (Camela), Lewis (fiancée Alexandria Alcantara) and Ashley (Thomas) Ranaldi and great-grandfather of Skye, Jude and Stella Claire Rapasky and Logan, Lyla and Luca Ranaldi.
John worked for General Motors in Parma for over 50 years.
He loved his garden and trees and anything he would put in the ground grew.
John also loved classic cars and restored many vintage license plates.
He will be missed dearly by his family and friends.
John would have loved to thank all the doctors and nurses
that helped him in his journey and the family and friends that stepped up as well.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
