Joseph W. Zak age 55 of Cleveland, passed away September 30, 2017. He was the beloved son of both the late Elmer and Patricia. Loving brother of Helen Hayne, Donna Thomas, Bob (deceased), Patricia, Ray, Alan and William. He was a devoted uncle, cousin and friend of many. A funeral mass will be held Saturday, October 14,10am at St. Augustine Church 2486 W14th, Cleveland. A private burial will be held at a later date.
