Keith Allen
Prusovic
April 11, 1959 – May 11, 2026
Cannon - Catavolos Funeral Home
6:00 - 8:00 pm
Keith Allen Prusovic, age 68, entered into rest after a short courageous battle with cancer on May 11, 2026. He was the loving father of the late Christopher Prusovic and cherished brother of Sylvia Prusovic (Robert Green). A loving uncle of Natalie Johnson (Clay) and Nickolas A. Prusovic and dear brother-in-law of Barbara Prusovic, Keith was a cousin and friend to many and was the devoted son of the late Elaine and Kenneth Prusovic and dearest brother of the late Nickolas P. and Kevin Prusovic.
Keith was a proud graduate of WestTech High School Class of 1976. After graduation, he earned his HVAC Associate’s Degree from the West Side Institute of Technology and began his career at Lutheran Hospital as member of labor union SEIU Local #1199. His skill, knowledge and expertise led to numerous opportunities with firms throughout Ohio, Virginia and Washington, DC. In his later years, Keith became a certified HVAC instructor teaching those same traits to students at both Vatterot College and Kaplan Career Institute.
In addition to his career, Keith was an active member of AA always striving to work the 12-Steps in his daily life. Instrumental in helping to establish several Oxford Homes in the Greater Cleveland area, designed to help other men with their journey, Keith remained extremely proud of that achievement. He enjoyed music, played guitar and french horn, built control-line model airplanes and loved his entire extended family. Halloween was his favorite holiday and even though the past year brought health challenges, he continued to decorate his home and hand out candy to the little goblins. Keith had a kind, generous and loving soul. He was always quick with a joke, doing his best lately to bring the medical staff a chuckle or two. His spirit is now at rest, he’s left this world a better place because of his presence in it and he will be forever loved and missed.
