Leo Michael Lazzara age 76, peacefully entered into eternal rest on April 7, 2026, while surrounded by love. Beloved son of the late Vincenzo and Maria Concetta; dear brother of Frank, Connie and Grace. Leo leaves behind his loving caregiver, Diana and his daughter, Alexis Kozempa (husband Richard and daughter Emmalyn).  He was preceded in death by his daughter, Arianna. 

Loving grandfather, uncle and great-uncle to his family, Leo was an incredibly devoted and loyal friend to many.  The family would also like to extend a special thanks to Sal LaMarca for his unwavering friendship.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held Friday, April 17th 11:00am 
at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church (Collinwood) 
15712 Kipling Ave. Cleveland, OH 44110.
Where family will receive friends from 10am until time of services.
Reverend Fr. Anthony Simone officiating.
Private burial to follow.
