Malissa "Missy" M. Moran (nee Galati), age 73, born October 2, 1951 graduated this life on March 23, 2025 surrounded by her family. She was preceded in death by her parents Gloria and Carmen Galati (nee Karr). Leaving behind her sister Roseann (Jerry), and brothers Ben (Jennifer), Carmen (Karen), Dean (Michelle), and Kelly (Angela). Malissa was married for 53 years to Dennis and they had 4 loving children: Heather, Dennis, Jaque (Fred), and Tim.  She will always be remembered as "Hun" the wonderful and fun grandma by her precious "tornado" Ezekiel and she was also a loving aunt, cousin, and friend to many.

Malissa loved and cherished everyone she met. She spent years caring for many and standing in the gap as a prayer warrior for all. From every scraped knee to every major accident, she was always there no matter what. Her wisdom and faithfulness to God led to her family fulfilling all of their dreams and so many that they didn't know were her own. She will be remembered for that faith and dedication. She would not want anyone to worry about her and would tell you that she isn't really dead - she just changed neighborhoods.

A Celebration of Life to honor Malissa is being planned for later this spring or early summer when the family has had time to finish a few in-the-works projects and heal and recuperate.
