Mildred "Millie" Costanzo (nee: Mirarck) age 84, of Westlake,

passed away peacefully December 25, 2018.

Beloved wife of the late Carl P.

Devoted mother of Rose Marie (Pete Brunette) and Frank A. (Debbie).

Proud grandmother of Anthony Carl Costanzo.

Loving sister of Frank (Dolly) Mirarck and dear sister in-law of Dan (Lee) Costanzo,

and the following deceased; Dr. Frank Costanzo, Joe Costanzo, Fannie Costanzo,

Angie (John) Desmone and Lucy (Nate) Cabot.

and dear aunt and friend of many.

Mass of Christian burial will be held

Saturday December 29, 10am at

St. Bernadette Catholic Church 2256 Clague Rd. Westlake.

(Please meet at church.) Rev. Fr. Philip G. Racco officiating.

The family will receive friends at the Busch Funeral Home,

21369 Center Ridge Rd. Fairview Park,

Friday, December, 28, from 6-8pm.

Entombment will be at Sunset Memorial Park.
