Obituary

Richard M. "Dick" Gavlik, age 86, born January 25,1936 in Cleveland, Ohio and

went into God's loving care Saturday February 26th, 2022.

Beloved son of the late Philip and Agnes (Zeleznik) Gavlik, Brother of Carol E. Schendel (Carl dec.) and Phyllis E. Cmar (Edward dec.).

Uncle of Diane Fehlner, Linda Minter (Bill dec.) and Richard Cmar (Rebecca).

Cherished Great, Great-Great and Great-Great-Great "Uncle Dick" to many nieces and nephews and loved by others.

He was a loyal Journeymen Printer for The Cleveland Plain Dealer for 30+ years, a member of the American Cruisers Car Club, Cleveland Metropolitan Course, The Cleveland Plain Dealer Retiree's Club, and a regular attendee of Weymouth Community Church.

Funeral services will be held

Saturday, March 5th 10:30am

at the CANNON-CATAVOLOS FUNERAL HOME

where the family will receive friends from 9:30am until time of services.
