Roy J. Neil Jr., age 62 of Cleveland, passed away April 28, 2018.  Roy was a quiet man that kept to himself.  He had a soft spot for animals especially cats, he will be remembered for his many acts of kindness, taking care of the neighborhood cats.

Roy leaves behind his cousin James "Jim" McElroy and many dear friends.

Roy was preceded in death by his parents Andel Gladys Maxwell-Neil and Roy Sr., his maternal grandmother Katherine Maxwell.

Graveside services will be privately held at St. Matthews Cemetery in St. Louis, where Roy will be laid to rest with his family.

All services will be private, Roy will be buried with his family in St. Louis, MO.
