Sophie Pasalis (nee Nicolan), age 90, entered into eternal rest Monday, February 12, 2024.

Beloved wife of George K. for 63 years.

Devoted mother of Dimitra, Katherine Stark (Gregory) and Valerie Pituras (George).

Cherished yiayia of Sophie Pituras.

Dearest sister of Tony Nicolan and the following deceased Helen Kearney and Nick Nicolan.

Dear aunt, great-aunt and friend of many.

Partners in life, Sophie and George founded and operated George's Kitchen Restaurant, a Cleveland landmark or 43 years.

She was wise beyond her years and will be missed by all who knew her.

Funeral services will be held Monday, February 19, 1 2 Noon at

St. Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church

22909 Center Ridge Rd. Rocky River,

where the family will receive friends 11am until time of service.

Rev. Father Andrew Lentz, officiating.

Interment Lakewood Park Cemetery.
