Stephanie Pamela Blackwell was born in Cleveland, Ohio, on July 6, 1960, and passed away on March 23, 2017, also in Cleveland. She is survived by her mother, Dorothy Horne, her sister Jacklyn Ireland, two brothers, Robert and Brandon Horne, and her three children, Lavell Blackwell, Aja Russo, and Joslyn Blackwell. She was known for her musical talent, her devotion to God, and her sense of humor. She will be greatly missed. The family will gather and receive friends Thursday March 30th for HomeGoing Services and reception from 1-4pm at the Mantua Center Christian Church 4118 State Rt. 82, Mantua.
